Sometimes i feel alone like desolate field frozen with snow. My lonliness crept upon me like a tiger hunting its prey. I dont know where these feelings come from and they would drive any normal person insane.I really feel like i am runing through a forest and the vines from trees are cutting deep into my flesh the cold night air hits my face and the only thing keeping me warm are the tears running down my face. i dont know where these feelings come from and the forest never seems to end . I roam around like a lost soul thirsting for love as for water.feelings of joy never seem to rise unless my true friend is by my side but who do you know that would stick around that long. will there be any shelter from rain or any reason for pride? these feelings have me lost inside.

aparsons... that was really poetic, quite beautiful.

But on the other hand- you don't need to feel like that. There is therapy, medication, all sorts of things that can help you feel better. Have you tried anything?

Well it doesn't seem to be doing it's job... can you talk to your doc about adjusting it, adding therapy to your treatment?

The thing about therapy is that you should make sure you shop around and find a therapist that you trust and that you think will actually care about you as a person. Know what I mean? You are paying them, after all. Some therapists are not so good, some are awesome. And look at their credentials- make sure they have a degree. (The term therapist is not regulated or licensed)

Has the medication made you feel more depressed, more anxious, or perhaps are your thoughts racing more than usual? Just curious.

Georgia is correct. Definitely shop around and find one you trust. You may hop around before you find someone you truly like.
