Q: Liposuction and severe sciatic nerve pain in hips

My wife had liposuction in her hips 2 years ago and has had severe sciatic nerve pain in her hips since around the time of this proceedure. She has tried physical therapy, spinal injections, decompression, and stretches, but nothing seems to help. Could the liposuction have damaged the sciatic nerve and if it has what could be done to relieve the pain? Thanks
