yes you are correct the OP is inches not cm as if it was cm i would be even more worried. and yes i do spend as much time as possible on foreplay to ensure my wife is enjoying it and ready she normally indicates to me when she was me to enter her.

That's 4.7 - 5.1 inches. As I told you, 5.5 inches (aka 14 cm) is average. So, you're a little under average but just barely. I honestly wouldn't concern myself with worrying about it. You're only 16.
