i am experiencing a little pain in the lower right part of my stomach. was wondering if it might be something that i need to be concerned about. i'm not sure if it might be my appendix or something that might just go away by morning. the pain tends to be there more when i am standing up and moving around as to when i am sitting down. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
