Q: Strange Images In My Head

I didn't know what else to put this under so I chose headaches. Lately I’ve been having more headaches and they seem to be increasing in intensity from a year or two ago.
Something strange is going on with me though, as of about four months ago I’ve been having this weird sensation about once, twice, sometimes three times a day where I will get images in my head of things which I feel are memories, my mind kind of labels them as memories but they have never happened to me. While these short memories are playing in my mind I have this burning almost nauseating feeling that goes through every part of my body, recently my lips have even been going numb after it happens. After about fifteen or twenty second of it my mind and body goes back to normal and I think "I’m glad that is over".
I have been under a lot of stress lately and I wonder if that has something to do with it or if these things are symptoms of a bigger problem.

You are saying that the headaches' intensity has increased in a year or two.
Does this mean that you are suffering from headaches constantly for more than two years?
Can you describe the type of the headache?
Is it felt as a pressure or intense, throbbing or pounding pain?
Are there other symptoms accompanying the headache?
Do you have sleep problems?
Do you usually feel tired during the day?
