Q: Are pains in lower stomach normal during early pregnancy?

my daughter is 18 months old after my daughter i had 2 abortions. Now iam pregnant again and I want to keep this one but i have pains in my lower stomach almost like when you work out and you are sore and its freaking me out do you think I will be able to have this baby or does anyone know what causes this

I know early pregnancy you can get some cramping. I have also heard that abortions can have something to do with future pregnancies. I'm not sure how bad, or whatever. I just read about it on a abortion site. The pains could be stretching too. How far along are you? Also depending on how the abortions where done. And where they at a legit place?
