I am only 31 years of age, but would like to have one. I am sick of periods, birth control and PMS. I have one child, my other child I had was a late term abortion because he had Spina Bifida and the doctors said it was really low on his spine which was the worst place to have the opening, so I feel like I contributed to this disease so I don't want anymore children. Would I be able to have one?

You would need to find a doctor who would do that. Since it would not be medically necessary, your insurance more than likely would not cover it.

Your insurance may pay for a tubal ligation though (tubes tied). That would prevent any future children.

Yes --- maybe you can keep your uterus intact and go for tying the Fallopian tubes.
