Yes, but it can be easily dislocated which does cause pain. I would tell her it hurts the kitty so she understands not to do it again.

I would just tell her it's not nice to hold kitty that way. I'm sure the kitty is fine, and i agree it's cute, and funny, but one day when the kitty is bigger he/she might get mad, and scratch her.

She LOVES them.
She calls them "meow meow" then blows kissed even when she just hears "meow"
