well,i've been on birth control for almost a year now.Its the Ortho Tricyclen Lo i think its called..its in a round pink case..well i am very sexually active with my boyfriend and sometimes we dont use any protection.well lately i've been getting symptoms of being pregnent.i took a hpt and it was negative.but i may think it was too early.I have a 5 day response one and i took it 8 days before my pill changed for me to start my period. i have another one and this is was i need help with.Should i take this test 4 days before my pill changes or 4 days before when i think im gonna start in that week?
hopefully that made since because i really do need help. im all confused

You take it up to 4 days before your period starts, so that would be BEFORE your placebo pills.


MORNING sickness does not happen that quickly. You would need to have at least missed your period for the hormones to be high enough to make you sick.

The pregnancy symptoms could just be from the pills. There's really not a need to worry about pregnancy unless you weren't taking your pills correctly.
