I want to make it down to 118 lb. I had a metabolic test done and it told me my lean body weight was 95 lb. and fat percentage was 33.4%. Basal metabolic rate is 1323 calories. So tell me this. I got off a cruise ship this past fall break and as fun as it was, I realized my body isn't what it could or used to be. So, I figure I have a little less than a year to get back in shape. That's plenty of time! So I thought. My schedule is as crazy as ever. I need a good sturdy jogging plan. Anyone have any ideas?
I got this 10-week plan from msn but it's a running plan. I don't want to run. Just jog. Do you think it'll be affective:

10-WEEK TRAINING SCHEDULE

Week 1

Run 2 minutes, walk 4 minutes.
Repeat 5 times.

Week 2

Run 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes.
Repeat five times.

Week 3

Run 5 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes.
Repeat four times.

Week 4

Run 7 minutes, walk 3 minutes.
Repeat three times.

Week 5

Run 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
Repeat three times.

Week 6

Run 9 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
Repeat twice, then run 8 minutes.

Week 7

Run 9 minutes, walk 1 minute.
Repeat three times

Week 8

Run 13 minutes, walk 2 minutes.
Repeat twice.

Week 9

Run 14 minutes, walk 1 minute.
Repeat twice.

Week 10

Run 30 minutes.

Note: After completing week 9, if you feel tired, repeat this week of training before moving on to week 10.

Thanks for the feedback when you give it me. I'll check in everyday. Trust me. =]

Oh wow, make sure you stay healthy and eat correctly while you do this!

Jogging should be fine if you're not into running. You could even try cycling while using this work out too-- I don't really care for running either Smile

If lookin nice in a swim suit is what you want then you could try toning what you have too. Not weight lifting but try body squats and ab work outs.
Look into 8 minute abs, they work really well and don't take up a lot of your time!-- if you can't find anything on them let me know and and I'll explain it the best I can.

Good luck and stay healthy!
