No, not if she has a regular cycle.
If she wants to get pregnant, she needs to
have unprotected sex every day or every
other day starting cycle day 10 - cycle
day 16 (around the time she ovulates).
The day she begins her period is counted
as her first cycle day. Remember though,
this is only if her cycle is usually close
to 28 days. Some women have cycle lengths
very different from that, though. If that
is the case, she should begin using a
program like fertility friend or something
(you can look up fertility programs on the
internet) to determine exactly when she
ovulates. She needs to have sex the days
leading up to and the day of ovulation.
Women do not ovulate during their
menstruation, however, if she has a short
cycle (20-23 days) than it is possible
that the sperm will live long enough
inside of her to fertilize the egg when it
is released since sperm can live anywhere
from 3 to 7 days.

having sex during your period is * never*
going to get anyone pregnant. No one
ovulates while shedding the lining of the
uterus. Why? because the vagina is a very
hostile place for sperm to begin with ,
imagine while bleeding what it does to the
sperm. Sperm thrives and survives in
cervical mucus whihc is only present for a
few days a month hence fertile time. The
window of opportunity is a short one so
the answer is simply , NO.
Wait, some people have claimed to have
gotten pregnant while on thier period . in
other words they actually ovulated while
menstruating. All the studies I have no
solid proof of any of this scientifically
happening or proved.

No, she needs to calculate her cycles and
know when she ovulates.
