i was wondering how much of a chance there is that a person could get pregnant on birthcontrol? my friend was on birthcontrol and used a condom and still got pregnant. i use birthcontrol but i dont take it at the same time every day and sometimes i dont remember to take it until night time. does this effect my chances on getting pregnant?
hope to hear some replies!!
thank you

Yes. Not taking your birth control as prescribed can put you at risk for becoming pregnant. The risks are low - but higher than if you were taking your pills as they are prescribed.

Why would you have problems conceiving? Birth control doesn't harm your ability to have children in the future.

Your trying to conceive while on the pill and does your partner know about this?

And the pill will msot likely still not get you pregnant even when missing a couple in a row. They kinda do their job!

What the? Why would you do that? Why would you personally make such a life altering decision for someone else who is trusting you completely? That is wrong. It is manipulative, sick and wrong!

ooohhh that's horrible.

How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot?

Say your partner had some horrible STI, and was pretending to use something to protect you???????

It would be lovely ironic justice if that happens

How could you deliberately take the choice whether or not to have children away from somebody you love?

I don't understand. Why would you try to conceive while taking the pill? That's why you take bc, right? If you want to conceive don't take bc but don't do it if your partner doesn't know thats just hurting everyone in the process. It's alot harder on you if he disappers because its not what he wanted. I think I would do a little thinking about this.
