they sound like you could be too low in the minerals magnesium and zinc. Try increasing your intake of pumpkin seeds, strawberries, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, eggs, fish, to increase your zinc and grapes, avocados, bananas, brown rice, almonds and hazelnuts to increase your magnesium. (I'm betting its probably all zinc deficiency though) The same can be said if you have white spots on the finger nails. Hope this helps.
