had a viginal hysterrectomy 6months ago both ovaries left in am bleeding and feel like im having a period

If your uterus has been removed (hysterectomy) you can’t experience menstrual periods or any kind of bleeding from the uterus. In fact, you shouldn’t bleed from the vagina at all. Vaginal bleeding 6 months after a hysterectomy should be taken very seriously. You must consult your gynecologist as soon as possible.
