Testicular Varicocele And Rectum Pain Posted: 11-14-07 00:12am
Hello,
My name is Jim. I have a varicocele in my
left testicle which is bigger than it used
to be a couple years ago. It hurts bad
but what I'm really worried about is the
pain I have in my rectum as well, also in
my left side. I don't know if it's because
of the varicocele or not, maybe referred
pain, maybe the same vein...
I went to the proctologist and he says he
doesn't understand what is going on with
my rectum. He ordered more tests.
I was wondering if somebody went through
the same thing.
I would really appreciate it if you could
please let me know of your case if it's
similar (or somebody you know)

he had testicular pain (no varicocele) and
rectal pain. also at times he had pain in
the pubic area. He is 60 years old and he
got a rectal exam, his has BPH benign
prostatic Hypertrophy, and they ordered a
PSA (before the rectal evaluation) and his
PSA was sky high. They are treating him
with the "seed" and I havent see him
anymore so I don't know. I saw her
daughter and she told me he is dong well
and at work...I am not a doctor so I don't
know what really is going on...
