Ok I really want to stop smoking NOW, but I'm on a very aggressive diet and excercise plan, and to gain any weight because of the cravings associated with quitting would ruin a HUGE oppertunity for me. any ideas?

chew sugar free gum. and not all people get cravings, unless you are referring to a previous time you tried to quit. also chewing on toothpicks seem to work, but don't swallow the splinters
