Hello. I am 22 years of age male. I weight at 330 and i am at 6'5. About two years ago I went on a diet and I lost about 75 pounds which brought me down to 255lbs. Soon I stopped working out and I;ve gained all that weight back which was a mistake. After gaining weight I started experiencing pains that are freaking me out. Sometimes I feel pain above my chest, near my throat or sometimes I feel discomfort pain below my chest in the middle of my stomach. I do not have any problems with high blood pressure breathing going to the bathroom and my heart. Sometimes I freak out thinking I may suffer a heart attack. Recently i went to a doctor and they took my blood they said that I am fine, but I am not. The pains i suffer sometimes won't let me sleep at night. Because I think I may die. They also checked my heart and thats fine also. These pains are horrible and I am wondering if anyone can tell me what's going on.

Thanks
