My friends baby is 17 months old and he will eat and eat he doesnt stop. he is the same way with liquids. He gets very upset if you take the food away from him. He doesnt gain any weight, He eats more than his older siblings. He eats his own fecal matter repeatedly 5 times total. He has eaten chalk repeatedly, And pebbles. He doesnt seem to feel pain, he fell in an antbed and just laid there, he didnt cry he was covered in ant bites and just kinda whimpered. Im really worried about him I just dont think that this behavior is normall. Thank you if you would respond that would be great.

That isn't normal. He needs to see a neurologist.
