I have been under considerable stress recently. Yesterday I took a day off work just for a bit of relaxation. I started the day as usual by masturbating but instead of the usual fairly hurried session I took my time. I did it for about forty minutes without ejaculating.
I had a shower and spent the rest of the day relaxing and masturbating slowly. Again, without ejaculating. I did this every 90 minutes or so for about twenty minutes at a time.
