Q: Can Diarrhea Effect Birth Control?

In the information packet that came with my birth control it says that having diarrhea or vomiting can cause the pill to not be absorbed... the other night I had moderate diarrhea about 7 hours after taking my pill, is this enough time for the pill to be absorbed... should I be worried?

It should have been absorbed and with diarrhea it's only when moderate to severe I beleive but if you are worried check with your pharmacist or Dr.
