I've posted here before, but I don't think regularly on this particular forum. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since January. We began trying after I had a large abnormal mass removed from my left ovary. We haven't been successful so when I went for my annual check up last week, my gynecologist referred us to an infertility specialist. I'm not sure what his suspicions are, but mine are PCOS.

Anyway, my husband and I have remained positive throughout this for the most part and we still are. If we have a problem, we need to know so we can fix it.

I'm not sure what to expect at this visit, but I am curious about some things-like how much fertility drugs cost because I suspect that will be the route they take. And how to deal with insurance companies, lol!

Hi, I am about to go through a similar process with my insurance issues... Here is a link that I found to a pretty informative website:

If you want to find a price to a specific medication your doctor recommends, I would just do a google search, very easy!

Good luck!

Thanks!

I'm not real worried about the procedures they do because I don't think my husband and I would do that. If I took fertility drugs and it didn't work, I would simply adopt. But I will google it and check it out!
