Q: My 6 Year Old Son's Ear

No sirgeries
Current medication:Antibiotics co-amoxiclave 6/5 cc every 8 hours.

This year is first year of my son's school ,after a cold, he get ill again after a week and this time he had pain on ear,
after using antiobiotics, he got better, but after 2 weeks agian he had ear pain for an hour,
we meet an ear-thoat doctor in our city,

SRT 40db for bot rigth and left on discrimination (in quiet 100%)

250Hz-4000Hz 40db for left and right

I live in a country with bad economic state and I am afraid doctors want surgeries just for money( I am not insulting doctors of my country, but it is right, they do very unreasonable surgeries!)

I want to ask you what must I do if they want remove adenoid?
my son has not Sore throat ,he never had not pain on throat from birth to this day.
he use nose for breathing and sleeps silent and with closed mouth.
But this reduce in hearing make me worry.

Only a doctor can tell you for sure if this needs to be done or not. Unfortunately this is only a website for support and help. i can tell you that I had my tonsils removed and I've had a huge difference in the number of sinus and ear infections.
