Confused Hi this is my first post on here, just wondering if anyone has any ideas what this all means,i managed to get hold of this report from when i was admitted for rapeat tests after spending two weeks in hospital the year before when my neuro dx viral encephilitas although they couldnt find any virus in the csf. I had repeat mri,lp,also veps ect.
The report saya this, mri of the cervical spine showed some anterior thecal impressions at c5/6 and c6/7,rather larger at c5/6 where the impression extended across the canal and was causing some minor bilacteral foraminal compromise(dah).
Lumber puncture, csf protein was raised at 565.5 although this had gone down from previous one wich was 700,csf igG was raised at 58(normal range 0-30)csf oligoclonal bands were negative.B12 was slightly low have since had injections but then went way too high so gp has stopped them,i see my neuro again on friday just wanted to see if anypne had any idea what might be the next step and what it all means, many thanks cel.x.

I know, this is an old post...however this report does not appear to be MS related. If report has not been explained then I would seek advise from your doc.
