Ok, in a way its acne, but I went to a doctor who told me that its being caused by my bladder. All the good stuff bout not working properly, and that it needs to be taken out. (i would have it taken out, but our health care company has to be ...... About it.) so we had just went on vacation and the strangest thing happened. I went swimming and i'm thinking the chlorine cleared up my face. It'll come back, but it cleared it temporarily. (unless its the sunburn. Smile ). My mom told me I was also born with something called cratules cap. (i have no clue how to spell it) I should have grown out of it by now, but skin around my head, where hair is seems to massively produce / flake. I can wash and 2 seconds later it will be dry and beginning to flake again. I also have an allergic reaction to soap, im guessing. Every day when I take a shower my chest turns red/rashy. I am 16.

Ok, lets organize this a bit:
q.)
1.)why would chlorine temp. Clear acne? If its even considered acne.
2.)whats cratules cap?(no clue how to spell it) and why hasn't it gone away yet Sad.
3.)why does my stupid hair flake so quickly/annoyingly?

I can't help you with 2 and 3, but chlorine always helped with my acne too. I think the chlorine helps absorb oil and it also dries your acne out which both can help clear it up, but since you can't wash your face with chlorine then it just comes back afterwards. I find benzoyl peroxide products work similar, but you can wash your face with that!
Unfortunately it bleaches clothes like chlorine.

Re: Strange Skin Problem
The eruptions on the face should usually be acne rosacea. If it has got cleared up, good.
The flaky, scurfy exfoliation could be due to simple dandruff or a condition of exfoliating dermatitis of the scalp called seborrheic dermatitis.
Both these can be got rid of by use of homeopathic medicine. Kali sulf, thuja, sulph, cochlearia are some of the remedies which can help in clearing seborrhoea.
