Over the past few months I have been suffering from drymouth that leads to difficulty breathing and alot of mucus buildup behind the uvuela. The top of my mouth around that region seems to be dry also. Usually it isn't too bothersome unless I think about it and start swallowing saliva, then it gets too tough to breath. I feel dizzy at this time also.

It's the same dizzy feeling that I get when I think about outer space and just, the vastness of space itself. It's so overwhelming to me that I start to have trouble breathing and get disoriented. I usually have to stop and shake it from my mind to regain my balance.

Are these panic attacks from two different things or are they related? Are they even panic attacks at all?

Please tell me i'm insane and not sick. XD Thanks for reading.

Well, you should probably go see a regular doctor and make sure there's nothing neurological going on. That being said, it could certainly be anxiety. See a psych!
