I have testicle pain, both of the
testicles are not equal, and a little
niddle pain is there. After intercourse I
feel pain in my left testicular and it
becomes somewhat smaller than in general

It is completely normal to have one larger
testicle and one smaller testicle. As a
result, one generally hangs lower than the
other one. So don't worry about that. As
for the pain, it could be anything. Pain
is a sign that something is wrong, so if
it is a consistent pain, i'd go see a
doctor!

HEllo, At first it sounded as if you may
have epyditimitis which is most often
sexually transmitted. But you say your
testicle gets smaller?
Usually with epyditimitis the testicle in
question gets swollen.
