Marrow signal is diffusely diminished on both sagittal T1 and T2.
This is complicated and you need to talk to your doctor about this
*At the L4 and L5 level the disc is dessicated and slightly narrowed. no significant compromise of the central canal or exiting nerve roots
L4 and L5 are your two bottom vertebra the disks on top of them have lost some moisture and they have lost some height however the disks are not bulging and are not compressing your nerves
the bottom disk in your spine has a small to moderate sized rupture, and is pressing on the membrane that surrounds your spinal cord, also it has displaced one of your nerves that runs down the back of your spine however the nerve root that courses out the side of your vertebra is not being compressed.
As far as treatment goes i can not advise you. You need a doctor to consider these problems carefully. I would think that acupuncture and massage should only be used to compliment conventional medicine at this stage.
