I had my first period ever in the beginning of july. and i haven't had a period since then & it's november. i thought it would be irregular, but not THAT irregular. so let me know if i'm just being paranoid, lol Smile

you need to see a doctor asap
its not normal for you to go that long without a period

have you had unprotected sex? how old are you?

Um, well actually... 5 months is how long I went between my first ever period and my second. When you're that young, long pauses are not uncommon. I'd discuss it with your mom.

Everyone is different. I usually get my period every 2 months. When I am healthy and weigh more (i am petite) i have periods sooner. When I am stressed and losing weight, I get less or extremely short periods. Since you barely had your first period, it is not enough to judge whether it is not normal because you don't know what normal is for you yet. You can check with a doctor if u want, but I wouldn't say it is so unusual.

If it was your first ever period then it's normal to be very irregular. For the first maybe year or two, your periods aren't always regular. However, they will start being soon. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you Smile
