Q: Can't send private messages

Dear Moderator,

I am unable to send private messages. May I enquire why is this happening? I have not been sending any private messages for some months now, but now when I tried to, they just go to my 'outbox' and do not send. May you please tell me what the problem is and how to fix it.

erm,,,i got a message sayin some1 has replied to this topic,,but when i click on it it said topic deleted,,,so i copy n pasted the link to get to it,,

whats happenin?
