No I haven't given her sheppards pie yet, I know she'd love it though. I haven't made that in a LONG time, do you have the recipe for that?

Sure do!

1 lbs Ground beef or pork or turkey (your choice)
6-8 potatoes(depending on the size)
1 can of corn
1 can of cream corn

Fry your meat lighty with some oil(very little oil).Put aside when done.
Boil potaoes, add a pinch of salt. Drain when ready . Mash potatoes add some butter.

In a casserole dish put meat at the bottom, then add corn and cream corn and layer the potatoes on top. I like to add some paprika at the top ..Cover dish with aliminum foil.

Bake for about 30 min or so. VoiLA done!

I bet she would love it ..Its nutrious and tasty!

When I'm lazy I just throw some frozen veggies (mostly peas and corn) in a bowl and microwave them.

Or if I have tortilla shells on hand I will make her a quick wrap (which I have to help her eat or she'd just roll it apart). I put black beans, or refried beans, in it with corn. Or beans with lettuce and tomatoes. Or beans with avocado... you get the point, some type mixture of veggies. You could also scramble some eggs and put them in a wrap with avocado tomatoes and beans, that would probably be good and fast too. I don't buy eggs though.

I also make her smoothies when I'm lazy, with some yogurt or soy or almond milk, and some ice cubes. If I want to feed it to her with a spoon I mix it in with some baby cereal to make it thicker, or I help her drink it from a cup. I could probably put it in her sippy cup for her but I haven't tried it yet. It's good because it's a meal in liquid form, and so fast. Healthy and delicious too.
