every since puberty my left teste has been lower and bigger then my right about 2 yrs i ago i had pain in my left teste shooting up to the pelvic area this went away after some months not weeks months just recently i a wire i was winding up smacked into my scrotum and that brusing like pain returned i dont want it to last long as a month or two what are some healing methods and my ejaculate has acuired mucus like lumps in it is this the result of bruising my left teste? what should i do ~ uninsured

It is normal for one testicle to be larger and heavier than the other one. So you have nothing to worry about there. Having random pain in the testes is normal during puberty too... though shooting pains is not.

Given your symptoms after having your scrotum hit so hard, I'd go and see a doctor to see if permanent or severe damage was one. Having lumpy ejaculate and continuous pain is a sign that something has been damaged. Definitely get a doctor to take a look.

Go to a doctor asap before anything really serious occurs. Have you ever lifted something super heavy, cuz that can give you hernia, and if left untreated, it can cause serious problems. Or with the swelling, I don't mean to scare you, but it could be a sign of cancer...---I could be wrong....Go to doctor.
