Is it possible to get pregnant is you have been in menopause 6
years. haven't had a period for 7 years due to cancer treatments. Doctor did hormone tests and are positive i'm in menopause.

no...no period means no ovulation plus the whole menopause issue. i'd say no chance in hell. sorry
