Q: Erosion From Tea Or Coffee?

Can you get erosion on your teeth from an average intake of tea or coffee? I drink about 2-3 cups of black tea everyday and sometimes coffee at work: I don't brush my teeth for 1 hour after drinking tea. I also don't drink a lot of juice. I have noticed some small cracks or vertical lines that are whiter than the rest of the tooth on my front teeth. This area looks a bit like it have been demineralized. Could it be from not brushing properly?
