Q: Brain Zaps? Facial Spasm?

For oever a year, I have undiagnosed 'zaps' in my cheekbone. Like a palpitation or a fluttering feeling. This is always followed by a noise in my head that sounds like a cricket chirping (and always three chirps). Recently my lower chin and lips have begun to feel numb for just a few seconds.

They have ruled out TIA's, carotid artery, a MRI showed no problems. It's always my right cheek, mostly when I turn my head to the left.

Does this sound familar?
