Is when I start my new job Shocked
I'm scared. I really don't like starting new jobs.
They just called to see if I still plan on going to Orientation today and I told them yes, and they offered me the job starting monday. They said I'd have to stay a little later today, after orientation to go over things and what not since I'd be the only one from the group starting monday. eeeeeeeeeeek, so I have to be new ALONE.
I need steel toe shoes/boots, this sounds hardcore Laughing

Thanks ladies!
Michelle, I was thinking of going to wal-mart since I've seen those steel toe sneakers there. I need to get those along with my tools this weekend.

I *think* I'll be smashing up computers. I know it's a recycling place for computers, from what I've read on their site and my sil says they destroy computers. I guess she knows someone that works there. But I guess I'll find out 100% on Monday

I actually have a pair of steel toe sneakers that I've been wanting to get rid of, I wouldn't be able to send them until next Friday but if you're interested I'd be more than happy to give them to you! They're white, they have a few scuff marks here & there but nothing too nasty. I can take pics of them if you wanna.

Thanks girls!!
Michelle, that's so sweet of you!
We're going out tonight to get my tools and steel toes since I need them monday, but it can't hurt to have an extra pair.

Here's my list of tools
Hammer Large or Big
Phillips head screwdriver
Flathead screwdriver
Scraper-wide
Socket set (Small mixed set)
Pry Bar
Standard pliers or channel lock pliers
Wire cutters or tin snips
Security torx-little star bits w/hole in middle size Tx15 (This one isn't required, but it will be something to make the job easier I guess)

I just put in my 2 weeks, so Thanksgiving will be my last day with my patient. It's a bittersweet thing. The woman gets on my nerves sometimes, but we've become buddies now...so it's gonna be hard. But I am in great standing with my afternoon job, and if I complete the rest of my assignments with my two weeks they said I'm always welcome back, especially if my new job doesn't work out, etc.
But now I can work 1 job and make more than I made with both jobs. And still get weekends off!

LOL!!
How backwards is our household? Pony is workin' as a cook at both his jobs, and I'm doing the dirty stuff!
But if it pays the bills, I don't care. Plus it's physical work, which is exactly what I need right now. It help a lot to drop a few pounds.
