..so i've been using the ring for a little over a year now but ran out last month and instead of getting more my bf and I decided to use condoms this month..

what my question is ..has anyone discontinued using a birth control method and started having symptoms of a pregnancy? ..like your body is adjusting from all the hormones?

..i've been experiencing nausea, tender nipples/breasts, gas, extreme fatigue, weird sensations in my abdomen, slight headaches, bloated feelings...

anyone else feel this AFTER the nuvaring or any other hormonal bc?

yep. As you're coming off the hormones, your body will start to adjust again. Don't worry about it.

Of course, if there is a reason you think you might be pregnant (you had unprotected sex or something) than you should be worried.

I have gone off nuva ring on two different occasions, and both times i experienced most of the pregnancy symptoms you described. The sore nipples were very noticeable for probably 2-3 weeks, to the point where I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. The second time I stopped using the nuva ring I was expecting the symptoms so I was less worried. If you are worried though, take a pregnancy test and then you can feel better when it is negative!
