mandi heres a good recipe for pumpkin
bars!
ive been looking at recipes all day
(thanks Bridget for the awsome site i love
it!)
and these are on my list of things to
make!!!!!
sandy you HAVE TO TRY THEM!!!
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons baking soda
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two
9 x 13 pans.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and frost bars
with Cream Cheese Frosting

Wow, that makes a lot.
I omit nuts. Almost all my baked goods are
female (no nuts)
Sometimes I sprinkle nuts on part of a
frosted cake for those who like it.

thing except for honey roasted penuts

this weekend
