Q: Hepatitis B And Thyroid Disease?

I am having two seperate problems...I have a goirter on my thyroid and I found out a few days ago I may have Hepatitis B....Is there a conection? I donated blood and received a letter saying my surface antigens were non-reactive but antibodies were reactive. I've had a thyroid scan and ultrasound and I am awaiting the test results from them...Should I be worried more than I am? Please someone help me...
