Q: Tracking Question

Since I skipped last month do I continue to go by fertilityfriend and assume that my next af should start on the 12th? Confused

Also I am tracking my temp and was wondering if alcohol consumption the night before will effect the temp for the next day? Shocked

TIA Smile

Alcohol effects everyone's temps differently. I have noticed a pretty big temp spike the day after two drinks. If I have one drink, I don't notice a difference at all. It just kinda depends.

Sorry, that wasn't much help.

I missed the first part of your question. You said you skipped last month.

Do you mean you skipped af or you skipped temping?

Just keep using the same cycle if you skipped a month (if your talking about skipping af)

If I have had a few or more drinks, then my temp will get really high. If I have 1 or 2 glasses of wine, then it doesn't really affect it.

I skipped af for last month. I just recently started temping along with tracking cm and all.. According to the few temps I have taken my temp has spiked (Which I have no idea what that means >.< )
If I continue using the same cycle info then I am due for af on monday so *crossing fingers* I hope for some good news.
Thank you ladies Smile

Are you charting on fertility friend? If so, please post your chart on the sticky at the top of the forum messages so we all can see your chart

Go into your account and go to the sharing tab on the left. When you hover your mouse over it it will dropdown more options. If you chose set up homepage, there is a url address at the top of that page that you can copy and then post into a thread.

Let me know if you need help
