Hi everyone,
about 2 weeks ago I started a cold and for about 10 days now I have been taking a nasal spray to relieve this nasal congestion. It does mention on the bottle not to use this more than 5 days. But I am having a hard time sleeping because I cannot breath! and honestly very annoyed at the fact that I cannot breath properly throughout the day. What should I do???

Try cleaning your sinuses with a saline solution ... there's a technique where you use a small tea pot looking device to allow room temperature water to flow through the cavities. Does wonders for me --- 1 to 2 times a day. Ask about it with your ENT doctor ... called a neti pot.
