my husband and i have been trying to have a baby for sometime now. i've had 3 miscarriages in 3 years (early miscarriages) but each time i got pregnant i was on birth control pills. i have been off the pills completely for more than a year but no luck. we have been having sex 1-2 times EVERYDAY and i am taking prenatal vitamins. what else can i do?

i thought about going back on BC pills but i am afraid that they might have caused the miscarraiges. we have tried different positions, elevating butt on a pillow for up to an hour after sex, diet, and even saw a doctor who ran A LOT of tests on both of us - came back normal. i even tried to do a headstand so gravity would help - that only resulted in a broken nightstand. lol

any ideas???

Have you tried bding once every other day. It will give his sperm time to mature. And keep it spicy in the bedroom Smile Good Luck and lots of baby dust to you.

Extremely eHealthy
You need to know when you are ovulating. Most women ovulate 12-14 days BEFORE their next period. So if you know when you are going to start, count backwards.

Also, you can use ovulation predictor kits, and you can chart your temps to know when you have ovulated. A great site for tracking your cycle is fertilityfriend.com
