Q: Likelihood of heart problems - stress test and cath

I had a stress test and Cath do to my family history and the fact that I turned 50. It showed I had a 30% blockage in one artery and the rest were clear.
The cardiologist said that was not bad for a 50 year old male and with my family history.

I had a couple panic attacks recently brought on by almost fainting from heat stress a couple of months ago.
Now it has me worried about my heart.
I was having pain in my left arm do to a upper back problem but now it scares me. I went to PT and he thinks it is from my back and shoulder.

How long could my arm hurt if it was my heart.
Is it possible to have pain in the arm from your heart for a long time and not have a heart attack.

I have not had shortness of breath and no severe chest pain

Im In The same boat arm pains chest pains and even jaw pains back pain evrything ive had it for a year im only sixteen they rekon its only stress and anxiety but i think its cardiac!!

i think you have worked yourself up to much !!! look at me ive had it for a year and im ok for the time being

cardiac pains does not hurt when your touch it or any sudden movements want make it hurt !!!

explain to me what the pains like !
