This may sound strange, but i've been getting these recurring hard, painful itchy lumps on the outer part of my vagina...I have been tested for all stds and they came back negative, so this is not the issue...My gyno gave me this cream that did absolutely nothing...This is so painful and embarassing and I have no idea what it is...If anyone can help I would be so grateful...Thanks

In Addition
Ok now the bumps have been bursting and draining, because I have been applying hot compresses (i've been researching and I think it's boils) so the lumps have gone down and i've been applying antibiotic cream...Will this help...It seems to be so far...Please any input would be helpful.
Thanks

I wouldnt wait around anymore, and try to guess what it is. I would go to another doctor and get a second opinion. I think it would be a good idea, but thats just me. I hope that everything goes ok, and it's not too serious. Good luck!!!!

When your doctor gave you the cream, what did she say these bumps were? If the cream isn't working then you should go back to the doctor and tell him/her.

Go to a dermatoligist instead of a gyno. You may have sebaceous cysts. When they drain do they smell really bad?
