Hello friends,

I Am Glad You Found Something.
I don't have a television, don't read newspapers. I work 25 - 30 days a month. My work days are 12 - 14 hours long.
I do watch DVDs on a portable player, just to get to sleep. If I am left with my own thought in silence, I would never sleep. My mind requires distraction. Horror flicks are like sweet fantasies compaired to what I am feeling.
I say nice things about people. I treat people with respect and dignity. I seem to get nothing back from my investments.

I think video games are a good distraction, or reading as well

I Wish I Could Do Those Diversions
I have lost my ability to concentrate. Patience is a rarity. I thought of picking up a hooker. But, I also imagine the experience to be ungratifying. Has that really helped anyone? I know people who do it all the time. They must get something out of it. It just doesn't sound appealing. I would have to know more about it to try.

Some people will still be depressed no matter how carefully they monitor their behavior. How to reduce depression? Therapy, meditation, reflecting on the soul or some kind of spirituality, or the obvious- MEDICATION! lol, I am an advocate of medication.

Medication?
I started out on Paxil. It didn't work. I went to 5mg Lexapro, worked a little while. I went to 10mg Lexapro, worked for a little while. Now I am to 20mg Lexapro, and I feel like I am exhuasted and tired of the whole world.
I have a good soul. God dosn't like good souls. He blesses the evil ones with everything. The good souls he curses to a pre-hell, hell. There is no justice in the world unless we create it. But no one is interested. The ones who love injustice have all the power. The ones who love justice are powerless.
