Q: Mastered Kegels...what Now?

Sometime ago I read about Kegels from a Tantric point of view and remembered reading where the author said that he was able to not only control his orgasm, when he did have one, he kept it inside; allowing him to keep going as long as he wished.

After reading something like that, I decided to try them. I do not consider myself to have any real problems in the bedroom, but Kegels seemed to have the capability of tapping some new potential.

After less than 2wks of 400 Kegels a day I managed for the first time to have an orgasm without actually ejaculating. I managed to hold it to the point where not a single drop came out.

The orgasm was definitely more intense and lasted longer, but the real let down was the fact that I ended up with the same result....everything went limp. What a complete let down, I thought once I got that far I'd be able to keep right on going as if nothing happened, instead the outcome was exactly the same.

Has anyone else mastered Kegels and been able to keep going after holding it? To me, they now almost seem like a waste of time. The only benefit I see now is that maybe I'd have been ready for round 2 faster...didn't get to find out because I had a 13hr shift the next day so I went to sleep.

Tantra is very different for everyone, and sometimes it takes a long time to master. Since it was what.. only 2 or 3 weeks, I wouldn't get discouraged. There are reports of people who can go on and on becuase of their breathing/muscle techniques. I'd keep at it, it'd be interesting to see if it works for you. Don't be discouraged after the first try!
