Ever since Friday, my head has been hurting on the inside. Not a headache(pills won't/don't work for it) and every now and then my head starts feeling really heavy, and I start having a panic attack. I don't get too far into it(don't feel the adrenaline rush or start heavy breathing) but it happens multiple times a day, and sometimes I worry about it so much I start one that ends just like the one above.

I told my mom and she won't do anything(she denies me having clinical depression(though I tried cutting myself today) and won't do anything about the panic attack. What do I do? So far I've only been able to Google for things to try when this happens.

Please help

Hi, my dad is going through the same thing. I need to talk him through his panic attacks and sometimes all of the sudden his head feels a sharp pain.

But I would like to tell you how I always get him through these times. I pray to God to help him and read scriptures from the Bible. May I say please dont cut yourself, I know how you feel, really, do you feel no one understands you and no one cares? well if that is true, I can tell you first of all I care, because I care for all people, and God cares, It may sound weird, but Jesus is the only way my dad gets through his panic attacks.

Remember- Some one cares for you

Is there a school counselor or someone you can talk to if your mom doesn't believe you?
