Q: Can a Paternity Test Be Done Without Mother's Knowledge?

My ex-wife is having an abortion. She says it's mine. I'm going with her when she has it done. Anyway, is there any way that a test can be done to determine if indeed I was the father without her knowledge? I live in Florida.

No , there is not.

An abortion clinic does not do paternity testing, you would need the tissue sent out to a special lab.

WHY do you suspect it is not yours?

Did you have a vasectomy?

I work in an abortion clinic, and NOTHING is 100%

MANY women become pregnant after tubal ligation or Vasectomy, and this is because nothing is 100% and there is ALWAYS a chance.
