As a child I had a hernia operation.

I have never had an erection, could the hernia operation be the cause? But my sexual organs are infant size, so I think it is most likely due to delayed puberty. But the hernia operation problem cannot be ruled out.

If the hernia operation turns out to be the cause, does anyone know how it can be fixed? Which doctor I need to see? Which scans I need that will show if it is my nerve/hernia operation problem etc? And what method can be used to fix it? Thnx.
