I Have Had Bulmia For 7yrs Im Now 20, Will It Ever End? Posted: 11-06-07 16:44pm
I first started bingeing when i as 13, but
only about 3-4 times a week, now seven
years later i am still binging but to a
much greater extent, i binge and vomit at
least 2 times daily, 2weeks ago i had
terrible chest pains which i have never
experienced before , i had also a shooting
pain down my left arm, the pain was so bad
i could not sleep on the side of my heart,
may i have had a mild heart attack? i am
so worried my teeth have started to chip,
my whole day seems to revove around food,
am i in trouble, what can i do to stop my
problem?

I was binging and purging for 5 years and
went to a Healthy Living class once a week
for 2 years and got better, but gained 60
pounds so I am trying to start my eating
disorder like i used to but it is hard.
It worked for me, maybe it can work for
you. What also helped is improving my
self esteem. I loved me for me and if you
didn't love me for me and only because i
was skinny, the oh well, I love me and
that's all that matters

HI
what you could do is go to an organic
shop, ask for a good brand of friendly
bacteria or probiotics. Go for one that
has Lactobacillus gasseri ATCC strain.
