Q: Cerebral Spinal Fluid Leak

I have a CSF leak which comes out my nose. Recent its effecting my ears and there is fluid on the ear drums. the doc wants to give me a injection to the spine and inject dye. turn me upside down and do a CT scan to see where the leak is coming from. I did this once and its too painful, they couldn't find the leak.
What alternative test is there?
